1. Free Educational Materials
Our bamboo carving technique catalog and basic educational materials are provided at no cost. Since these are complimentary resources, no refunds or exchanges apply.
2. Premium Courses and Workshops
For any future premium courses or in-person workshops in India, the following refund policy applies:
- Full Refund: Available up to 14 days before the workshop start date
- 50% Refund: Available 7-14 days before the workshop start date
- No Refund: Within 7 days of the workshop start date due to material preparation costs
3. Digital Course Materials
For any premium digital courses or advanced technique guides:
- 30-day satisfaction guarantee from purchase date
- Refund available if materials are significantly different from description
- No refund after downloading more than 50% of course materials
- Customer must demonstrate good faith attempt to use the materials
4. Physical Materials and Tool Kits
For bamboo carving tool kits or physical materials shipped within India:
- Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Customer responsible for return shipping costs
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return
- Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after receiving returned items
5. Workshop Cancellations by BambooMaster Studio
If we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances:
- Full refund will be provided immediately
- Alternative dates will be offered when possible
- Travel expenses incurred by participants are not covered
6. Force Majeure
In cases of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control that prevent delivery of services, we will work with customers to:
- Reschedule workshops at no additional cost
- Provide alternative digital learning options
- Offer partial refunds where services cannot be rescheduled
7. Quality Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of our traditional bamboo carving instruction. If you are not satisfied with the authenticity or quality of our teachings, we will:
- Provide additional instruction or clarification
- Connect you with alternative master craftsmen in India
- Offer a refund if we cannot meet your learning expectations
8. How to Request a Refund

- Allow 5-7 business days for refund processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
9. Exceptions
Refunds are not available for:

- Dissatisfaction due to difficulty level or time investment required
- Changes in personal circumstances or interests
